Antakya / Hatay Prefabricated Shop Buildings

Project Information
Antakya / Hatay Prefabricated Shop Buildings
Designed to sustain commercial activities, the prefabricated shop blocks ensure easy access to essential services, enabling the efficient operation of businesses. Additionally, structures addressing social and religious needs have been integrated into the project. The shop blocks were constructed using EPS-insulated panel walls and painted trapezoidal sheet roofs, offering high thermal and acoustic insulation for maximum comfort. The blocks vary in size and function, with Block A covering 434.15 m², Blocks B, C, and F totaling 860.16 m², Blocks D and E covering 121.15 m², Block G 335.43 m², Block H 383.13 m², Blocks I and K totaling 287.73 m², Block J 621.65 m², and Block L 458.23 m². These structures facilitate efficient commercial operations and contribute to the revitalization of local businesses.
Beyond commercial areas, the project also includes social spaces to enhance the daily living standards of the community. A 129.17 m² mosque was built to accommodate religious needs, providing a dedicated space for worship. Additionally, a 72.99 m² cafeteria was designed to offer a relaxation and socialization area, further improving the overall quality of life in the region.
All prefabricated structures were installed using fast and secure assembly systems, ensuring a safe and efficient construction process. Logistics and insurance procedures were carefully managed to guarantee the safe transportation and installation of the buildings. Developed with modern construction technologies, this project aims to provide a sustainable, functional, and comfortable environment, fully addressing the needs of the local community and ensuring the revitalization of the affected region.
