Budapest / Hungary Prefabricated Construction Buildings

A modern and functional project a total of 2,606.27 m² of prefabricated and container structures, designed to meet management, dining, healthcare, security and social space needs on-site

This project was designed to meet the management, dining, healthcare, security and social space needs of on-site personnel and was implemented using prefabricated building solution. Covering a total area of 2,606.27 m², the project comprises various prefabricated and container buildings, offering both functionality and comfort.

To support administrative processes, a two-story employer office building of 462.26 m², specifically designed for the client, along with a 59.75 m² Construction Manager Office, were included to enhance site management and operational efficiency. Moreover, a 159.66 m² Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Office was integrated into the project to ensure a safe and sustainable work environment.

To accommodate employees dining needs, prefabricated dining hall buildings totaling 919.06 m² were built. The main dining hall (692,50 m²) was designed to allow both white-collar and blue-collar personnel to dine together, while the 226.56 m² employer dining hall was planned as a separate facility.

For healthcare and technical support services, a 117,70 m² prefabricated infirmary was strategically positioned to provide rapid response to medical situations. Additionally, a 148.38 m² laboratory building was included to facilitate on-site testing and analysis.

As part of security measures, two 7.20 m² container security cabins were installed at key locations to control site access and ensure safety.

The project incorporates steel + rock wool + steel sandwich panel systems, providing high thermal and acoustic insulation, durability and a fast assembly process, contributing to significant time savings. All these structures were designed with a modern and functional approach, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and provide employees with a comfortable working environment.
