Within the scope of the project, 227 m² TOKİ Administration Building, 125 m² 2+1 sample flat and 191 m² 3+1 sample flat were completed.
An administration building and 2 sample flats were built for TOKİ at the earthquake housing construction site, which was started to be built after the earthquake in Malatya. The total size of the buildings, all of which were built on turnkey basis with light steel system, was 543 m².
