Braila / Romania Container Buildings

A functional building complex in Braila / Romania, combing prefabricated and container structures to provide modern solutions for accommodation, dining, education, office and storage needs.

The project we implemented in the Braila region of Romania was designed to provide modern solutions for essential on-site needs such as accommodation, dining, education, office space and storage. Spanning thousands of square meters, the project features a functional building complex that combines prefabricated and container structures.

As part of the project, a spacious and modern prefabricated dining hall covering 1,053.95 m² was constructed to meet employees meal requirements. Additionally, two separate dormitory buildings, designed with modular container units to accommodate personnel and other groups, cover a total area of 3,150.72 m². To support training and meeting activities, a 328.20 m² container-based classroom building was included, while administrative and operational needs were addressed with 198.24 m² of open-plan and partitioned container office buildings.

To meet storage requirements, the project incorporates 1,947 m² of prefabricated and container storage facilities, specifically designed for FM and QM warehouses. These buildings are aquipped with advanced security measures, including an addressable fire alarm system. The use of steel + rock wool + steel sandwich panel system enhances the durability and insulation of the structures while enabling rapid assembly, reducing project completion time.

Throughout the project, transportation, assembly and installation support were provided, with a team of three supervisors ensuring detailed on-site coordination over 90 days. Utilizing modern construction technologies and high-quality materials, the Braila project delivers a long-lasting, secure and functional building complex, offering a comprehensive solution to on-site operational needs.
