The buildings, which were produced as camp buildings of the cement factory investment of the Oyak Group in Cameroon and completed on a turnkey basis, were designed as permanent.
The first phase of the project, which consists of two phases, consists of 2 pcs 1+1 roomed 80 m² lodging buildings and 2 pcs 2+1 rooms 85 m² lodging buildings. In the second phase of the project, 595 m² Light Steel Management Office, 414 m² Light Steel Dining Hall and Social Facility, 506 m² Prefabricated Blue Collar Dormitory, 120 m² Prefabricated Worker Dressing Building, 242 m² Light Steel Laboratory Building and 253 m² Light Steel Laboratory Building. It consists of Light Steel White Collar Dormitory.
